Born from Green Skill Development Programme
The Pondicherry Beekeeping Co-operative Society P.854 is a testament to the power of sustainable education and environmental stewardship. Our journey began with a shared passion for preserving one of nature's most vital contributors: the honey bee.
The society was proudly started by the dedicated students of Batch 2024-2025 under the Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP). This initiative was born out of a commitment to ethical beekeeping, the conservation of native bee species and also to work towards the welfare of tribals by procuring non-timber forest produces.
